Ft Logan National Cemetery (4400 W. Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236)

Fort Logan features a memorial pathway lined with a variety of memorials that honor America’s veterans from various organizations. There are 17 memorials at Fort Logan National Cemetery – most commemorating soldiers of various 20th-century wars.

Chatfield Reservoir (11500 N. Roxborough Park Road, Littleton, CO 80125)

Chatfield Reservoir is one of Denver’s several fishing hotspots and is located off of the southwest corner of I-470. The Colorado Division of Wildlife maintains an active fisheries management program on Chatfield Reservoir. It boasts healthy populations of rainbow trout, walleye, smallmouth and largemouth bass, channel catfish, crappies, yellow perch, sunfish and carp. State fishing licenses are required as well as a park pass to gain entry.

Chatfield State Park (11500 N. Roxborough Park Rd, Littleton, CO 80125)
